All parties are private.
Monday - Friday upon availability. Not valid on Holidays. Reservations require a deposit to secure your date and time. No refund on deposit without notification within 48 hours of appointment via email. Must arrive on time. No walk-ins. Services do not include gratuity. Gratuity recommendations: 20% or more.
Late Policy: Private appointments are 2~3hrs. Appointments work best when they start on time. If guests arrive late, the appointment will continue as planned and service times will be shortened (this includes all scheduled services, time will not be extended). We will not cancel the event and reschedule due to tardiness.
